Αφορμή για το κείμενο αυτό είναι η επέμβαση του εισαγγελέα στην ArtAthina 2007 για το βίντεο αρτ έργο “Εθνικός Ύμνος” της Εύας Στεφανή. Στο αυτόφωρο ο καλλιτεχνικός διευθυντής και ανοιχτό το ενδεχόμενο ποινικών διώξεων κατά της σκηνοθέτιδος και παντός άλλου υπευθύνου. Ο υπουργός πολιτισμού μιλά για “ελευθερία έκφρασης” και για το “βάρος της υπογραφής του δημιουργού”, αλλά δεν παρεμβαίνει.
